Monitoring
After installing the solar panels, our installers will install inverters that display how much our customers produce and whether there are issues with the solar panels or the system in general. This process is called monitoring. The two types of inverters Annex Solar provides to its customers are SolarEdge and Enphase, which can be considered two of the best inverters in the market.
If there are any issues with the solar panels or the systems, our company (Annex Solar) and our customers will be notified immediately. As soon as we see that there are problems with the installation system, we will contact our customers and notify them about it. If there is a problem that can be solved remotely, our technicians will resolve the problem remotely. Otherwise, if the issue needs to be solved on the property, our installers and technicians will contact our customers and visit the property to identify the problem.
